Positive thinking always feels nice, but reality is not going to be that nice and enjoyable all the time. People can talk all they want about learning to "love" the process, enjoying the journey and not the destination, blah blah blah, which is nice and all. The real issue you have, that we all have, is that putting in the time to do the boring work, accumulating all that mileage, is painful. Too many "options" only distract from your real issue/goal. It's not about what options you have or do not have. You have to be honest with yourself and really evaluate how you use what precious time you do have. Everyone has responsibilities/problems in life that are very tempting to blame everything on. I'm not trying to belittle your health issues, but do not use them as an excuse. There is no such thing as a "study crisis." You either do it, or you don't. Homework (aka practice, exercise, study, etc) can be boring, and hard, and frustrating at times, but it is the only thing that will make you improve in the end. Whether you take online classes, in person classes, or self study, it all comes down to doing the (home)work the part everyone hates. Sorry, I don't have experience with CGMA personally, but I have known people who have taken their courses and they all say good things about it. Is there anybody who has made experience with CGMA? At CGMA you have pre-recorded lectures and assignements but I wonder if the relevant teacher really gives that much feedback or it is almost as if I just follow a youtube tutorial? Still, I feel like almost not improving at all. Also, I practise daily as much as I can depending on my health issues.
#CGMA ART FREE#
I use art teaching books, free online tutorials and have purchased Aaron Blaises courses. The problem is that I seem to have issues teaching myself stuff. But I am afraid that it could not be for me. It is much cheaper for me to take several courses there than going to an overexpensive private university. That is why I thought about taking online classes at CGMA. Plus, art courses for digital art are not plenty here. I live in Germany and do not have many options to go to an art university or an art school near to my living place. I have a question concerning the CGMA online school. Post not showing up? The vile spambot has probably gobbled it up. Include your own work if you have a specific question so that you get clear feedback. Jokes at another person’s expense, personal attacks, flaming, derailing threads, name-calling, trolling, and generally being an asshole will get you banned. “I like the use of color” or “the legs are too short” are much more helpful than “I like it” or “I don’t like it.”īe civil. Give constructive feedback, including examples of what works or doesn’t work. Sometimes miscommunication happens, just be cool. We are people from all over the world, of many ages, languages, cultures, and educational backgrounds who all want to improve our art.
